Before booking

• Is there any other cost than the rental fee?
  Answer: No mandatory fee. It´s possible to buy a damage cost reduction to get a smaller fee to pay f you damage the vehicle. A deposit of SEK 5.000 is charged, but the will be refundef after the rental period.
• When should wi pickup and return the vehicle?
  Answer: Time for pickup and return is told by us a few weeks before ther rental period. Normally, the pickup is in the afternoon and the return is in the morning.
• Is it possible to rent just one day?
  Answer: Yes, but the lowest fee is SEK 3995 during low sdeason and SEK 5995 during high season. From June 24 to August 11 2019, is just possible to rent in 7-days interavals.
• Is is possible to use the vehicles in the winter?
  Answer: Yes
• When do I have to pay the rental fee?
  Answer: When you make a booking, we will send you an invoice that you have to pay at least 15 days before the first rental day.
• What if I change my mind, is it possible to cancel the booking.?
  Answer: Within 10 days from booking, you can cancel it without any fee. If you cancel later, but at least 15 days before the first rental day, we will charge you half of the rental fee.
• Is it possiblr ro a company to rent a vehhicle?
  Answer: We can send the invoice to a company, but it´s allways a physical person that is responible for the rental.

Pickup and return

• Is there any equipment in the vehicle?
  Answer: Kitchen-ware for 5-6 persons is included in the rental fee. Beddings, towels and more is possible to rent if you let us know a few days before pickup.
• Hur många mil får jag köra?
  Svar: Vid veckohyra ingår 200 fria mil, och vid dygnshyra ingår 30 fria mil. Körning utöver denna sträcka debiteras med 25:-/mil.
• Är husbilen tankad när vi hämtar den?
  Svar: Husbilen är fulltankad vid hämtning, och ska även vara det vid återlämning. Max en mil får köras efter att bilen tankades full inför återlämning.
• Kan vi lämna tillbaka bilen tidigare eller senare än vad som överenskommits?
  Svar: Om bilen ska återlämnas på annan tid än vad som står i hyresavtalet måste detta godkännas i förväg av TJ Husbil & Fritid AB.
• Ska husbilen tvättas och städas innan återlämning?
  Svar: Utvändigt får husbilen inte tvättas av hyrestagaren, men invändigt ska den vara helt städad. Toalett och avloppsvatten ska tömmas innan återlämning. Städning och tömning går att köpa till, men det måste då beställas i förväg.
• Kan vår bil stå kvar hos er under hyresperioden?
  Svar: Bilen kan lämnas på anvisad plats hos oss under hyresperioden, men TJ Husbil & Fritid AB tar inget ansvar för bilens säkerhet.
